Gather My Crew is a brilliant service. It assists people in their greatest time of need to gain the assistance that they actually need, which is a much harder process than it seems. Many times families in need are bombarded with help (like cupcakes or lasagnes) - but not the practical support they might need and most likely would not ask for. The difference Gather My Crew makes to the family needing assistance is enormous.

Gather My Crew is an independent charity. We are not affiliated with any hospital, service or political organisation and we are recommended by peak bodies all across Australia. The app is completely free, private and controlled by the patient. You are simply sharing a safe, helpful support tool for your patient at home.
Gather My Crew was founded by clinical psychologist Dr Susan Palmer after nearly two decades supporting people through crisis. In practice, she kept seeing the same gap: people often had friends, family, neighbours and colleagues willing to help, but no clear way to organise that help into practical, useful care.
Gather My Crew exists to fill that gap. We’re a registered charity that provides tools, education and guidance to help people support and care for each other within their own communities. The app is the coordination tool that makes this possible.
Gather My Crew continues to be shaped by clinician insight, user feedback, and continued research, and is designed to sit alongside formal health and support services, not replace them.
